The Company collects personal information when customer registers for the purpose of using Company's products and services.

2. Information We Collect

Name, telephone number, e-mail address, installation address, referral details, and other ID related to the specific internet or Internet + TV service the customer applies for.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

The Company does not sell or share personal information about the Customer with other parties, except with the TV/IPTV content partner solely to activate and run the Customer's chosen TV pack, or where required by law.

4. Changes of Privacy Policy

The Company may update this policy on its website without prior notice. Such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.

Terms & Conditions

VISITORS TO THIS PAGE ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Tariffs/Charges are paid in advance and are not refundable as this is a prepaid service.
2. No installation charges are applicable on Express Wire Fiber connection.
3. GST @ 18% is not included in tariff/charges and is payable over and above plan charges.
4. Plans are subject to Guidelines/Directions/Orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
5. The Company reserves the right to modify/withdraw T&C including tariff plans and display on its website without notice.
6. One-time charges paid to Express Wire Regional Partners at time of installation are non-refundable.
7. A refund may be extended for first payment only in case of no-feasibility for a new connection.
8. Security deposit refunded online within 60 working days after return and acceptance of ONU by Express Wire.
9. ONU is to be returned to a person appointed by Express Wire.
10. Faulty ONU to be replaced within 5 working days to 48 hours from complaint.
11. Refunds processed to bank account provided at registration. Cash/cheques not accepted for refunds.
12. ONU devices remain the property of Expresswire Private Limited at all times.
13. Speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. Wi-Fi speed is subject to in-house coverage and device performance.
14. The Company reserves the right to modify/withdraw any promotional campaign without notice.
15. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective holders.
16. By submitting your information you agree to receive promotional messages from Express Wire.
17. All plans subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.
18. Prices may differ at each location and are on a monthly basis, exclusive of taxes.
19. Promo plans are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without prior information.
20. Plans are Home Plans and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
21. Single-month (30-day) plans are available on a refundable security deposit of INR 700/-.
22. Internet + TV bundle plans are offered on 30-day and 180-day durations; the 30 Mbps + TV plan is available on a 30-day duration only.
23. TV channel packs, channel counts, and free-to-air (FTA) channels are provided through our TV/IPTV content partner and are subject to change by the broadcaster or partner without prior notice.
24. Advertised discounts on 180-day bundle plans apply only to the internet component and only when the 180-day duration is selected.
25. Our network uses a ring (dual-path) topology. In the event of a fiber cut, traffic is re-routed via the alternate path; restoration typically takes a few minutes and is not instantaneous.
26. Customer support is available from 8am to 6pm daily.

6-Hour Service Promise

Complaints for no connectivity not resolved within 6 hours during support hours (8am–6pm) will be compensated with 24 hours extra on the existing plan, capped at 3 days.
